I been out for while due to being incarcerated and gained hella weight and need to get back in to the swing of things.

Hello all!

Like the name says, I am a life long FNG. Hahaha.

Little about me: Early 40's. Been looking around the forum for a while and decided to join. I've been training since my teens with two breaks of about a year each. One for an injury and another for life in general. I know a little bit about this stuff and am always looking to learn more. Training these days is PPL split, cardio 3-4 days a week. Huge fan of the sport of bodybuilding and its history.

I’ve had to really zone in on my diet because I’ve got bad digestive issues.

Natty forever 'til Jumped on TRT at age 50, and have since done a couple "TRT+" mini cycles.
(Test 250, Deca 250, Var 50 mg a day). Bloods 4x a year (to keep an eye on everything) and have done all the heart-tests.
Calcium, Stress-Echo, Nuclear-Stress, etc. All good... (Might be able to tell my favorite band (since '79) by my name and avvy).
Hell yeah!
