Thats the one rAJJIN....I can't wait to get it myself. I loved the "Unbelievable" video. Fucking amazing. Looks like I need to get the Markus Ruhl video too. How much did you pay for the Coleman video? I am looking for the best price unless its a set price.

I heard the new coleman video rocks but as far as diet goes he doesnt reveal much about it. (Maybe the best thing to do if you pay thousands of dollers to chad nicholas to figure it out for yourself )

The Ruhl movie however should be fun to watch but I heard the training is really poor. Pure cheating using really low weights expecting for his size and only doing 0,3 of the ROM etc.

Didnt see them both myself though, Ill lurk them from emule.

Ruhl is using full ROM in his new movie. He trained sloppier in XXXL. He seems to have have knocked up his training a notch.

You heard wrong, the Ruhl movie is great man. He goes extrememly heavy and with pretty good form. 500 lb machine shoulder presses were impressive. 500lb smith machine incline press with a very wide grip was also impressive!

Ruhl's video is alright, the training is intense, but the the actual video is pretty funny, as he messes with people who stare at him
