Just want to say hello, i'm new to the board. I've been lifting for about 15yrs, started when I was in the Military, now Retired. The gym has given me new life! I was 110lbs holding 2 bowling balls at 5-6 when i came in the military. I shopped in the kids section my whole high school year. Now i'm 205, 41yrs, and still going strong. I hope to gain more knowledge and pass on mine.
