new to board

wanted to introduce myself on the board... This is the first time i've ever been to ProMuscle, but i've been on the boards for a few years now, mainly at 'Bolex, EF, SE, Muscle Chemistry, UG, Freakz, etc.

just looking for a change of scenery and some more good bro's to share info with. looks like this board has got some pretty smart guys. im looking forward to getting to know some of you
