ok this is where im at: im 20 6' 310 lbs been power lifting on and off since freshman year in HS so 5 1/2 yrs. i've been doing a routine i put together from reading articles by Sean Nalewanyj for the last 6 weeks with some good results. but could they be better?
im doing this:
mon. wed. fri. 20min. HIIT on eliptical
Tue. upper body
2x5-7 bench
2x5-7 wide grip dips
l l incline dumbbell bench
l l close grip pulldowns
l l rows
l l bent over rows
Thurs. legs
2x5-7 squats
l l deadlifts
l l leg press
4x10-12 calf raises
2x10-12 decline w8ed situps
2x10-12 leg raises
Sat. shoulder and biceps
2x5-7 military press
l l upright rows
l l lateral raises
l l barbell curls
l l dumbell curls
l l overhand barbell curls
4x10-12 shrugs
i plan on doing this workout for 2 more weeks then i need something new i was thinking of just doubling up on the workout days and doing 10min. of HIIT on mon. wed. and sat.
other than that used NO2 for 4 weeks then switched to creatine and been on the fat burner epi plex. just got pure solutions IGF today dont know much about using that. so let me know wuts up with wut im doing and if anyone plans on talking shit just dont post. im 20 and if i dont know wut im doing then i just dont know
