ok this is where im at: im 20 6' 310 lbs been power lifting on and off since freshman year in HS so 5 1/2 yrs. i've been doing a routine i put together from reading articles by Sean Nalewanyj for the last 6 weeks with some good results. but could they be better?
im doing this:
mon. wed. fri. 20min. HIIT on eliptical
Tue. upper body
2x5-7 bench
2x5-7 wide grip dips
l l incline dumbbell bench
l l close grip pulldowns
l l rows
l l bent over rows

Thurs. legs
2x5-7 squats
l l deadlifts
l l leg press
4x10-12 calf raises
2x10-12 decline w8ed situps
2x10-12 leg raises

Sat. shoulder and biceps
2x5-7 military press
l l upright rows
l l lateral raises
l l barbell curls
l l dumbell curls
l l overhand barbell curls
4x10-12 shrugs

i plan on doing this workout for 2 more weeks then i need something new i was thinking of just doubling up on the workout days and doing 10min. of HIIT on mon. wed. and sat.
other than that used NO2 for 4 weeks then switched to creatine and been on the fat burner epi plex. just got pure solutions IGF today dont know much about using that. so let me know wuts up with wut im doing and if anyone plans on talking shit just dont post. im 20 and if i dont know wut im doing then i just dont know

What are you trying to accomplish? Powerlifting or Bodybuilding?
 
sorry forgot that part. im trying to be the hulk for halloween and i want to get big and loose the gut and manboobs from when i was a little fat kid ie (13 5'7" 250 lbs) i lost a ton of fat in high school i just want to finish wut i started and look good.
 
OK, start with someone who can show you how to eat correctly. I use Alex Azarian, Shelby also has helped lots of guys to drop excessive amounts of fat.
 
my diet is fine im getting the EFAs im staying high protein and only eating complex carbs i dont need help there im already losing fat pretty fast i just need to know wut i should do for my next workout and if i have a good IGF product and if i should stack it with anything

:)if your just looking for something to try out for training,check out: critical mass pof,
its really good dvd that has total in depth explanations of why and how "positions of flexation" training help beginners,and even advanced trainers to develop total and complete mucle development for bodybuilding,the production looks like mid or late 90's but i think its a good buy for people looking to pick up some training techniques or routines for a moment,below is a link for a small clip.......just tryin to help in some way,peace:D

Your diet is what makes your training and results a sucessful hit.

Whats your diet look like? There are a lot of educated guys here at PM and you will benefit by posting your diet and taking the suggestions.
 
ok not to sound like an ass but i have my diet under control my uncle is a nutritionist im not eating fast food i pretty much said wut im doing. no pork lots of chicken fish a moderate amount of beef and whey. im eating my vegies i practically drink olive oil. garlic, wheat bread, oatmeal, barley, some potatoes, no sugar, no fried food, im good on the diet. i want to know about wut im doing with the IGF i just got and wut i should do with my next workout cycle thats wut im looking for but i appreciate the thought on diet:D

what exactly are you trying to do with your body because i severly doubt you will look like the hulk by halloween and you should probably do about 25-30 mins postworkout cardio to really drop the fat...i suggest the elliptical machine and when do you work your triceps? theyre kind of important

Just an idea, listen to the guys who are on here and give details about things they ask. When they say, how is your diet, don't say it's good and under control. They're wanting to know specifics, i.e. what is your daily meal plan. At 6' 310, you're either jacked pure muscle, or a guy who needs to shed some serious pounds. You say that you want to look like Hulk, and are trying to drop some fat, so listen to the guys on here and give them the info they need to help you. Diet is very important part of equation, so just getting a new training regiment won't do anything. Give your daily food intake broken down into meals for the best help, don't just right what you eat
You have to give info to get the best info
