Try dieting. you've been training for 3 years but if you can't get ripped its because of diet, you need to get that in check before you do any cycles. Steroids aren't a short cut or an alternative. You need to get everything else in order before you start
Training three years??? You are still a noob! I'm not doggin you bro but three years is Nothing. Your diet is where you need to pay close attention. Hell you still got three more years of growing to do before you hit the gear! No, I'm not kidding or busting your balls. You can still make significant gains with proper training and nutrition. I'd be willing to put a big wad of cash down that your training isn't what you think it is either. Put up some more info and more stats. put up your training split and diet. We will give you some guidance there. AAS has no answers for you. ALL the drugs in the world will not compensate for poor nutrition and mediocre training.
You might want to start by having a blood test to look at these:
Thyroid function - look at TSH and T3
Testosterone levels - look at BOTH free and bound
Estrogen levels
Cholesterol - total, HDL, LDL, triglycerides
Cortisol levels
Once you have these, yuo can see where to go. If any are off track, there may be a medical solution. If not, then yuo start looking at yuor diet AND training. These need to compliment each other, and NOT work at cross purposes.
I guess I always though that my training has been great and I have made decent gains, to be honest the 3 years that I mentioned is actually what I have been doing with out failure, but I have been training for longer than that, I need help with dieting for sure but it makes me wonder how I can lift far more than so many ripped and bigger guys and yet I look more chunky than ripped and that is the reason I asked for my first ever cycle suggestion, otherwise I'm well aware that it takes a lot of hard work and dedication which again I believe I have put in but maybe not with the right diet.
