Well guys this is my journal for my 1st cycle of steroids. Ill keep you all updated.
Week 1 to 4: 50 mg Dianabol daily
Week 1 to 13: Arimidex 0.25mg daily
Week 1 to 10: 400mg of EQ weekly
Week 1 to 10: Sustanon 500mg Per Week
Week 13 - 40mg nolva+ 100mg clomid daily
Week 14 - 30mg nolva+ 50mg clomid daily
Week 15 - 20mg nolva+ 50mg clomid daily
Starting weight 361.2lbs
Before steroids my lifts (not my max just my highest reps)
Bench-405
Incline-315
Decline-405
Military-305
Deadlift-515
Squat-635
Week 1-Not a whole lot of improvement but did increase most of it was in my head.

Week 2-Started feeling it a little bit more and some more improvement.

Week 3-Holy carp huge increase on a few lifts. Never felt like this in my life before. Good pumps and breaking some of my records. Still very dissappointed with deadlifts though. Maybe by the time thursday come around Im just to tired? Not a huge concern of myn. More worried about squat and bench.
