Next Cycle...please take a look

thanks for all the advice.

I'll report back mid cycle. starts in 2 weeks.
 
-Currently 5'8" @ 222lbs. I'd say around 12% body fat
-about 8 cycles over the past 10 years

I pulled this cycle together with some left overs from the past..

Week 1-10 TEST CYP 300mg/week (kind of prone to gyno)
Week 1-10 DECA 300mg/week
Week 1-10 EQ 600mg/week
Week 1-10 5iu HGH EOD (currently on,and will use after the 10 weeks too)
Week 1-10 T3 25mcg/day
Week 1-10 Arimidex 0.5mg EOD

Diet: ~3000 Calories...375 g protein, 200 g carbs, 60 g fat

Looking to get up to 230-235lbs, then after the new year cut back for BB show in the spring.

have you ever done eq and deca together? if so how was it? anyone else?

why do you take your gh eod? i have always taken it every day seems to be more stable in the blood that way
 
Cycle looks solid...but only 3000 cals with over 1g total AS? up it to between 5-7 grand and youll def see results, plus deca is one helluva app stimulator.
 
Studies I have read said EOD GH gives the same results as 1/2 that same dose daily. If I were doing more than 5iu at 1 time I might split the dose and do it daily.


I'm mostly using the DECA because it really helps my shoulder. I will some day need surgery on it but for now the DECA really helps.


Eating 5000cal seems like just uping the carbs a ton. If close to 400g of protein a day doesn't cut it than I'm not sure adding more carbs will help.
 
Just went over diet again and brought it up a bit

total calories now 3750.

Protein, 40%
Carbs 30%
fat 30%
 
Diet looks better , but will probably need adjusting according to your body and how it metabolizes the carbs.

Again , if it were my I would drop the T3 , use Nolvadex instead of the arimidex if your gonna run it the whole time , up the test to 500mg/wk and use tren at 350mg/wk and drop the deca and EQ all together.

you will be using less over all drugs and personaly think you will make better gains and have less impact on your body in a negitive way and if you platue their is room to add if needed
 
well best of luck to you!...but I have to ask- 30% fat?! Holy crap cow what are your fat sources out of curiousity? I have a few buddys that hit around that when they bulk but I just cant go over 15%...I usually have to take in an insane amount of carbs...but hey more power to you bro!

Its easier to GET fat from eating to many carbs

than it is from eating to many GOOD fats
 
I totally agree with you gunsmith. Personally I just feel sick after I take in so much fat, wether its from healthy fats or crappy ones. I just dont understand how people do it seeing as how i cant lol.

If I didnt get that sick feeling from that much fat I would def make my bulk diet closer to those ratios. But luckily when I go high carb like I usually do I dont really get that annoying carb bloat/fat look.
