How did the women who won the BBing do so? She literally had no V taper. And was far from any beauty. Yourself and that other women in the red had great shape, condition, symmetry and still looked beautiful. I dont mean to offend the winner but certainly not my choice. Im a serious sucker for boobs, but I think you and the other girl had a better package of muscle, shape, condition and feminine beauty.

This was me the night before the show. I think I peaked here. I won't make this mistake again since I know I am carb sensitive.

Yep I agree. You may have spilled over on the day. You look tighter in the night before shot. This is what comps are all about. learning and making a few adjustments. I would add two weeks in to your diet and yes adjust the carb up as you think. The extra two weeks will allow for some fine tuning and extra hardness. You are on the right track. You go Girl!!!

What was with the HW womens division? Two of them shouldnt even
been on stage. If i were to see them at gym, I would think there tryiing
to lose weight or something. Damn sure wouldnt think they were BB. LOL
