Nice post in the Building a perfect beast thread . You are the man that taught me everything that I know plain and simple. You showed me the the brutal simplicity of this game 9 years ago. You have evolved since then and I believe that your ideas will continue to move onward and upward . [ especially since you have so many awesome guys that you work with ] I can't wait to see what the future brings my friend.You are simply the best out there when it comes building mass as fast as possible. I can't believe Skip's stuborn ass is going to enlist your services after his show to move into the Heavies.[ he will be pleasantly surprised I think] The beautiful thing is that you remain humble and open . If you have borrowed from someone you always give them credit instead claiming for yourself like many others have tended to do [ ie ... REA ] Keep up the good work my friend . Your post reminded me of many of our old conversations from many years ago.Take Care Bro !!!! And don't hesitate to share more with these guys . Well said badman...I couldn't have said it any better myself. Dante is the best when it comes to building mass as fast as possible. One of the things I admire most about him is that he has remained humble. He's always willing to answer questions and give advice.

I've been with DC now for 3 weeks and I'm seeing changes and pushing more than I have in a long time. My weight is slightly up but my b/f is coming bown quick and my shape has totally changed, I can't wait to see how things have progressed in a few more weeks.
He really know's his stuff and is always there to help.
