I have a question about a friend and her nutrition...
She is looking to loose 20 or so lbs. Should she figure her BMR and total calories based on her goal weight or based on her current weight minus 500Kcal/day? She's working out with weights 3x/week, and doing 30mins cardio 5x/week...
