I am trying to get my nutrition down. Can't seem to gain weight.
Im clean right now but thinking of doing my first cycle over the holidays. Could some one help me out on the proper ratios.

asked this in the last thread. What are your stats right now. Weight, height, measurements so we can get an idea of what you look like although a pick would be better.

Are you eating at least 6X ED? Are you getting in AT LEAST 400g protein ED? Stats?
