Iam trying to lose weight before I start my first cycle in march. Presently i am 5'10" 208 and 24 %bf. I want to get down aroung 18 % and then start to bulk up. Could someone help me out on the proper amount of cal's and ratios for me (protein carbs and Fat) Thanks

whats ur basal metabolic rate, previous training history , and anything ele u can think of

Bro.....I would suggest that you get to 12% before you do an all out bulk cycle. That's just my .02! Take care.
