Ok so my plan for my lean bulk is im going to stick with 4iu GH 5days on 2off. 123 suggested keep the 2days off in a row to keep the body from getting used to the GH so thats what ive been doing. usually on sat/sun. So my regimen is I train DC 4days per week. M,T TH,F and those are my high carb no fat days. Wed,Sat,Sun are low carb days with cardio as i plan to stay lean. So would I be better off NOT taking my GH on 2 training days or 2 cardio days. I ask b/c it seems like the elevated IGF levels on non training low carb cardio days would yield fatloss and keep me lean, but the elevated IGF levels on the high carb training days will yield to muscle growth. So im torn. Its late sorry if that was a one big run-on sentence.
