Off days from GH. Which off days are most important?

Ok so my plan for my lean bulk is im going to stick with 4iu GH 5days on 2off. 123 suggested keep the 2days off in a row to keep the body from getting used to the GH so thats what ive been doing. usually on sat/sun. So my regimen is I train DC 4days per week. M,T TH,F and those are my high carb no fat days. Wed,Sat,Sun are low carb days with cardio as i plan to stay lean. So would I be better off NOT taking my GH on 2 training days or 2 cardio days. I ask b/c it seems like the elevated IGF levels on non training low carb cardio days would yield fatloss and keep me lean, but the elevated IGF levels on the high carb training days will yield to muscle growth. So im torn. Its late sorry if that was a one big run-on sentence.

I would most definitely do the gh on cardio days for fat loss i wouldn't take the gh on the days you don't work out.

If you want a lean/bulk, mix it - part cardio and part high carb training days.
For fat loss, and just plain ol leaning out, do as aminoman74 suggested - cardio days.

Cool i think my plan will be this. I train like this, its modified DC 3way split
Mon-chest,shoulder,tri
Tues-back,bi
wed OFF
thurs Legs
Fri-chest shoulder tri
Sat OFF
sun OFF

next week legs are always done on thurs and only hit 1x per week but instead of chest/shld/tri being hit 2x per week they are hit 1x this week and back/bi gets hit 2x so
Mon-back bi
Tues-chest,shldr,tri
Wed OFF
Thur Legs
Fri- Back,bi
Sat OFF
Sun OFF

so new plan will be to take my off days on Fri and sat of GH, that way its one cardio day off and one workout day off. I'll prob still use ghrp6 those days though.
