what I have for breakfast everyday right now:
1 cup fiber cereal, 1/2 banana, handful fresh blueberries, in "milk":
1 1/3 scoop whey
1 scoop casein
1 tbsp almond butter
1 tbsp macadamia nut oil
(all blended together)
I repeat this meal again in the afternoon.
