well its been about 8 weeks now ive been off everything. not even using hrt. nothing. my body has changed....lost some muscle ,gained some fat but its strange, everytime i have gone of before my wt drops and i get a lot weaker. it gets depressing. this time im 238lb and have not lost much strength at all. not sure why. could it be that im still pushing in the gym? that im including the lba? or how bout the gh and igf i dod for a while. has it put a permnenet amount of muscle on me? my arms are stil over 20" pumped. 19 1/2 not pumped. this is just no what usualy happens to me. i felt run down for a few weeks but now im feelin pretty good and am getting good pump even. i just started doing cardio 3xwk just to get a bit leaner.
main foods are,
LBA
chicken n rice
beef n rice
eggs oatmeal
whey powder
1 scoop of gatorade pre workout w glutamine.
weekends i eat out,
sushi
korean food
five guys burgers(fresh meat)
so just curious as to why this time im not dropping like crazy......
any opinions?
