I know that T4 is not good with ZINC and Calcium, it mess up absorption. I will take it first thing in the morning with my half of T3. I got your point on T4 half life so i get the full dose fasted in the morning, along with my peptide combo or HGH frag injection.
However, I've heard coffee would likely mess up T4 absorption, any input on that?
For the log, I am afraid in won't log really as I have to many peptides at play and a new "fasting" diet so hard to tell which is which.

My skinfold caliper says I lost fat, but overall my total weight is about the same. I look also ripper in the mirror, but I always had problem with a sort of "layer of serum/water" i feel is under my skin. According to 3 spot skinfold caliper I'm 5% fat, but I look like 8-9%. anyone know what could that be?
