I agree with you 100% bro.Actually there’s not a single study that backs up that one “bad” meal a day is harmful. People can lose weight eating twinkies and health markers improve. I don’t even agree with calling any food bad. The difference between medicine and poison is the dose.
Getting too caught up in eating "clean" 100% of the time can be very detrimental to some people. I know it used to be that way for me.
I think all of that fades by getting in touch with our bodies and learning to identify when our bodies are telling us we are truly hungry. Intuition will tell us everything we need to know, it's all about being able to recognize and identify the cues.
