Once and For All:Steroids and Anti-Biotics

Can the more experienced guys tell me once and for all if there is any truth that taking anti-biotics whilst on steroids will cause the steroids to lose effectiveness and also will being on steroids prevent the anti's from working??I've heard so many times that the above happens(that they cancel each other out),and also some people say that it doesn't make a difference.So seeing that some guys on here seem to be really knowledgeable,I'd like to know what you guys think??

I have heard this as well, although do not know it to be true or false. However, I came down with a bad cold at the start of a cycle one time. Was week 2, got put on an antibiotic called Avelox for 10 days. Did not seem to have any effect one way or the other.

Could I have more information on this topic please.

My doctor has me taking anti-biotix for my skin (acne) and I use steroids. I have never heard that they conflict.

Based on how these two (AAS and Antibotics) work systemicly, there should be no interference.

The pharmacology is totally different and no known contraindications exist. In fact, treating an infection may help with gains and efficacy.

This was a big help. You really gave this guy some first-rate information here. One side-effect of many antibiotics is vaginal yeast infection. How bad was yours?

No mate there is no need for concern. Your gear will still it's job while the anti-bio's do theirs. As Ouch has said there is no conflict between them. This was probably some ground breaking research from the 400cc brain capacity monkeys at BB.cum!
