One of my training partners die yesterday

I got this call form hes brother screaming "Ric is dead Heinz" i ran to hes house, the police were there taking pics and taking all hes stuff, juice, pils and asking questions.

Bros what a terrible feeling. we just talked he night before sheduling our workouts for this week to go to differents gyms and train with our other training partner.

He had a heart attack 3 years a go, and hes doctor ask him to lose 30 pounds but he was obsecive with wheight more tha 280 pounds, we were joking about it ..." IF WE DIE WE DIE BIG BRO!!!!" well he was 284 pounds in great condition, eating like a bull, training hard, very strong guy, he was red the whole day and breathing very heavy, we advise him to lose weight to feel better but he didnt care.

Hes brother is my massage therapist and we were talking about taht 2 weeks a go.

Well bros, what a surprise, we dont spect our good people die, why bad people doesnt die??? They life forever and with the money of others, like Fidel Castro and Hussein? I have meet guys in my country with gun shoots due robbing, very bad guys and they even get a flu.

I am very angre bros, i tryed to train but the workout sucked. I am destroyed.

We are waiting for the forensic results to know why he die.

Well he was i nice guy and he always going to be with me in my workouts.

It terrable though and Im sorry for your loss.

I wonder why they would come in taking pictures and taking ANY of his stuff.
They should be more worried about helping the family out then barging in treating them like it was damn criminal investigation. Thats bullshit
