Hey everyone...looking for some critiques advice tips ect...
A little background, have been a member here for a while, doubt anyone knows me but I just enjoy reading everyone's posts. The reason I named this thread "consistency" is because that is my number one issue. Ive been training from around the age of 15 (24 now) and every time it seems when I get going my diet falls of or my drive does or I find it easier to make excuses ect...
Ok well enough of that my stats: 5' 10" around 250lbs and
Train split which really needs a tweaking im sure
Monday: Legs, Bi's - No idea why i like this so much
Tues: Chest Calf
Weds: Cardio
Thurs: Back Tris
Friday: off or cardio
Saturday: Shoulders, Traps
Sunday: off
Have a very very rough idea of the diet which also needs help
730 am TeamSkip blend 50g
900am 16oz straight black coffee (if this matters or counts?)
10 am Greek Yogurt 0% 2 tbsp next gen LBA's
12pm Turkey Sand
3pm LBA+cissus quad shake, Apple< thinking i want to add tuna here?
530 Quest protein bar
700 gym about to train and drink LBAs while training< love the pump from it
Team skip after training
930 and here is where im really lost...this is the meal that I lose I feel, and tips?
bed about 1030 or 11
Working on calculating the Macros for the above
