How many here dont even use them?I have only used them 3 times and all 3 times I feel like crap on them.Even during precontest I havent used them.Do you all feel they are more for a good kickstart which is something I dont care about.I want quality muscle weight not the water weight.The reason im asking this is because I have a bunch of dbol and just cant decide if I want to use it or not.
