oreo crunch bars

im so hungry and bored i did a google search for pb and oreo recipes......here a few simple ones. omg there are some crazy ones.

Oreo Peanut Butter Crunch Squares

1 pkg. (15 oz.) Oreo Double Delight Peanut Butter n Chocolate
Creme Chocolate Sandwich Cookies, divided
3 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
1 jar (7 oz.) Jet-Puffed Marshmallow Creme
1/2 cup Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chunks
1/3 cup Planters Cocktail Peanuts, chopped

FINELY crush 20 of the cookies; mix with butter. Press firmly onto bottom of greased 8-inch square baking pan. Coarsely chop remaining cookies; set aside.

DROP spoonfuls of marshmallow creme evenly onto crust to within 1/2 in. of outer edges. Sprinkle with chocolate chunks, peanuts and chopped cookies.

BAKE at 350ºF for 15 min. or until marshmallow creme just begins to brown. Cool completely. Cut into 16 (2-inch) squares.

Makes 16 servings


ive already decided to use white chocolate chunks, and 1/3 a cup of pb, dropped over it with the marshmellow

Kind of OT but speaking of cookies, I just got cookies and cream flavored protein from optimum, it was the only flavor I haven't tried by them yet. I love it, taste great with 1 banana, 1 Tbsp Pb, 4oz choc milk, 4-5 ice cubes. Obviously nothing you competition guy's can think about it now, but put it in your recipe book's for when comp's are over

Thanks Dave I will def put in my recipie book, but I think that I will have to double and some parts triple the ingredients and add some chocolate syrup to the mix....
