it's a cable attachment that is a straight bar, about 12-14 inches long.


and on either end, it has a single rope attached



I could have sworn I saw a video where John Meadows was using one that was just like it for tricep extensions :confused:

This thing is my favorite. The contraction is stpid for pushdowns and overhead extensions. Love it for cable rows too. One of my favorite ways to use it though....is sit down on the ground underneath a cable lat pulldown. Hooy your knees under the seat to hold you down. Really lean forward and stretch the lats at the beginning and then as you pull down arch and pull bock. It almost mimics a rack chin in the way that you can round the back at the top. Stupid stretch and contraction and only takes like 100-120 pounds for good sets

Concurred .... crazy ROM and contraction, awesome to finish on.
