I'm about to be 44, and for the first time in my life, or at least in a long long time, i didn't get out of bed until after 12pm, although i woke up about 7. Just freaking run down, tired, not been sleeping well, and hit the wall, the lady i was visiting last night said i looked really beat. Any of you old bastids:D there experiencing this, i've always had a very high energy level, but today made me realize i actually am getting older:eek:... Took a Zenalean early afternoon, and that gave me a kick, but i still wanted to chill even though i was energized, like a nervous energy. Did make myself work out, and felt a little better

ya, this is not a normal occurrence, primarily just not getting much sleep, frigging too much, and working too hard
 
Whats your diet & routine like,could you be over training?
 
That reminds me of myself one day last week…

If you have not been sleeping well, you will feel totally zapped. It torpedos everything the next day. Last week, I was having one of those nights where I was sleeping restless, then about 3:30 some crazy ass bird decides he wants to tune-up for the morning session a couple hours early. Well, after that, I was pretty much done. About 5:30 or so I manage to get back to sleep only to wake up around 6:30 (I can never sleep in late no matter what time I go to bed). The next day, I was worthless, no energy at all.

I did try TPs Sleep Aid last night for the first time and I like it. I'll post that in your sleep aids thread
 
48 here. I find (esp. off cycle, with normal test. though) that as I get older, I have more periods (days at a time) where all I want to do is chill out, and sometimes sleep more. If it's not causing too many problems in your life, that's OK and normal. I think sometimes there is pressure to always DO something. It's fine if you're happy not running around too much.
 
Lack of sleep. I have sleep apnea, and a stupid hip that wakes me up when I move in bed. Energy level is night and day difference after a restful night.
 
Well Bro', I'm 51 yo and I think sleep is underrated in this society in general.
My main factors for energy are sleep, eating sensibily, lots of water, my vitamins and supps, some TRT, and not working too much too often.
Hell, their talking about hihg school kids being overscheduled and burnt out.
