Pain around belly button

My friend started 2 weeks ago with anavar. 40mg ED, and upped it to 60mg a few days ago(he started with 500mg of Test e on the same day)

He's complaining about pain around his belly button the whole day. The pain is crampy and he feels pressure on it. It's on both sides around of his belly button.

What could this be? I guess it's from the var, but does this seem serious?

ive had a sharp pain by my belly button area before when i was using lots of orals back to back it went away after the cycle

The pain is less, but he still feels it. Should he stop with the orals?
