I started running blue tops about 6 weeks ago at 10 iu a day and I am having so much pain in elbows triceps, forearms and hands that I havent even really been able to train. I dropped it down to 6iu a day about a week ago but still having the same pains anybody got any advice on how to handle this or anything that can help. I really dont want to come off cause I've been getting great results from it but the pain is becoming almost unbearable. my hands are also so numb that i can barely feel my finger tips. I also get a really bad shocking pain throughout my hands when i use them.
