pain stopped a week into cycle

like a few posts before i have mentioned a past hip surgery.

they used stainless steel screws and with my luck I am allergic to them.
not extremely but the tissue around the screws was constantly irritated and after walking a few hundred it was pain with every step.
after
after a week of test e, tren a, anavar, and dbol. THE PAIN IS GONE.
not sure if my body got used to the metal or the AAS is allowing the muscle to heal faster than the metal can damage it.

The joint has been free of pain before the cycle.
The pain was at the top of the hip bone where the screw heads are. I know and have experienced joint pain relief from holding water. Could holding water relieve pain that is not in the joint?
