I see people are still getting memory leaks from time to time on some apps
but all of the Exchange policy issues appear to be fixed and working now with a 1.21 update for Palm Pre users.
At first the pre ignored or didn't accept all of the exchange policy settings and let people be wide open on their mobile devices, then it forced you to accept all policy settings and required a few additional that aren't normally used, now it seems to accept all current but not force different policy settings.
If you can't tell, i recently went with the palm pre over the Iphone and i have to say, i like it better!!!
Palm encourages "hacking" to put it loosely.
You can have the dev kit freely, you can easily put your phone in dev mode,
you can install anything you want regardless of the app's designer.
They make it "brick" proof, meaning if you mess it up, you run their WebOsDoctor.jar and flash your palm right back to factory.
