well heres my problem.......ive been ON now for around 18 months. i was planning on some pct starting in dec for around 6 weeks. but im also planning on the jr nats in june, and hopefully the usa's, depending on my finances. im around 205 or so now, and ill be moving up to LH for the nats. so if i cant get back on til mid jan, i probably wont have enough time to put on the necessary weight to come in at a solid 195??
first question.. im i crazy for adding another 8 or 9 months to my ON time??
second...what would be a good bridge if i choose to slow down for a month? igf and var?
