Peanut butter in shakes ?

who uses peanut butter in his shakes ? post workout (slin shot) too ?

I use peanut butter in my shakes sometimes.

I wouldn't use it post workout because I would think it could slow down digestion.

I wouldn't use it with slin shot because of the fat content.

I like to add a little Smuckers Natural Peanut Butter to my shake at night. Gives it a little more flavor, slows down the digestion some too.

I use it all the time in my shakes when bulking. I use honey in there as well.

As was said-in all but the post workout drink. I use flax oil in all shakes except post workout-same principal. More calories-EFAs.

I use it with vinalla shakes to kil the taste, I love the way it taste though

I'll alternate between flax oil and peanut butter. Flax has kinda that nutty taste but i like peanut butter better.
