peanut butter & turkey mince burger

sweat spring onions & finely chopped wild garlic in a pan with olive oil
season mince
combine chunky peanut butter with mince
once onions and garlic are cooled add to mince mixture
form into burger shapes
sear burger in pan and bake in oven
top with a poached egg
for added treat wrap burger around a chunk of cheese before cooking
enjoy
