i think something is wrong or im just really dumb but i think you have a typo cause on the conversion tools it shows mg to mcg twice. one show 1mg = 1000mcg and 1000mg = 1mcg.

also when changing from the .5 to .3 syringe and keeping everything else the same shouldnt the tick number change?

Not unless the volume you're looking to pin changes. An iu is the same measurement regardless of the size of the syringe.

Also, as for the mcg-mg conversion, it shows you both ways: mcg to mg and mg to mcg.

right but to get the same amount on a 1ml and and .3ml syringe you wouldnt draw to the same mark.
