I read these forums for hours on end....SOme seem to go back on forth and which opinion is true or false.

One guy would say this peptide causes muscle growth. Then next guy will say ,no and this one will.

which peptide/growth factor caused you to gain the most muscle. Im talking site muscle or just muscle in general.

Some swear by IGF-lr3 others say MGF
