No, sorry, you are mistaken. Look at the diagram you posted.

Alprostadil is PGE-1 (prostaglandin E-1). Arachidonic acid does not convert into PGE-1; some part of it converts into PGE-2, a completely separate compound. Believe me, you don't want to confuse the two. PGE-2 causes terrible nausea and vomiting, and as some people here can tell you, can be a miserable compound to inject.

PGE-1 is alprostadil (Caverject), the compound that the OP is asking about. It is injected into the corpus cavernosum of the penis to cause erections in men for whom the PDE-5 inhibitors like Cialis and Viagra don't work, or give them too many side effects.

Now, it would be more accurate to say that taking GLA (gamma linolenic acid, found in borage oil and evening primrose oil) might raise levels of PGE-1. However, any small amount of PGE-1 increased by taking GLA would never compare to the effect of injecting PGE-1 directly into the penis.

Again, look at the diagram you posted, and you will see that you are confusing PGE-1 with PGE-2. You never want to make that mistake in real life, trust me.

Personally, I have a prescription for TriMix, which is not difficult to get from a urologist, so I don't know which sources or board sponsors currently carry PGE-1. However, I can tell you which sources worked for me in the past if someone wants to message me. But you are always best off getting a prescription from a urologist or other qualified doctor.

PGE-1 can be a fantastic compound to use, when you use it correctly. Just don't use too much or too often, and of course it is best if you don't need it in the first place.

You might be thinking of the pge-2 maybe.. I tried taking the stuff years ago when a buddy gave me a bottle. Told me it was for sight growth on injected muscles. To say it was unpleasant was understatement. E treme muscle cramping ,nausea and near instant diarrhea (you literally had to do the injection on the can).

No growth only pain. Looking back on it makes me think I may have had my priorities mixed up trying to gain half an inch on my calves while wanting to vomit and crap at the same time. I believe the drug was intended for abortions in cattle or to induce birth.

I cant remember seeing anywhere on any board of this being used for muscle growth. Im not saying it wasnt anywhere ever, but it seems everyone knew what they were getting. Are you still friends with this guy?

He's passed maybe ten years ago. Well known coach for powerlifting at the time.i remember reading up on the stuff at the time and there being anecdotal information about the stuff working for sight enhancements. Otherwise that would be an all around sick joke giving that crap to somebody for giggles.

there's a few posts on this board from guys saying they experienced significant localized growth. One guy said it felt like the insertion of his tricep had completed changed
