Not sure brother. My only bad experience to me was my first time. Without knowing it, I am over sensitive to PGE-1. Which of course today is a great thing because a tiny miniscule amount, around 0.5mcg is enough for a full sex session of hard wood which makes it very cost effective.

However, my first time trying it I went with the minimum medical dose of 2.5mcg. Erection lasted 7 hours. The problem was, by the 4-5 hour mark the pain is unbearable. My dick was so hard, I could use it as a steel pipe. Sharp pains developed around the base and around the tip. Not a pain that you can suck it up and move on, is a pain that makes you sweat and clinch and it doesnt go away. By the 6 hour mark I wanted to saw that shit out of my body. Thats how bad the pain was. I started debating going to the ER but I wasn't sure which makes you anxious. Finally around the 7 hour mark slowly started subsiding.

Is all ok now? Like, no lasting damage or anything? I got nervous the other night when my erection lasted a long time way after having sex, but everything seemed fine and working again once it went down.

ED issues come with age and gear doesn’t help except when you get an on-point dosage but even that doesn’t last for me. Right now my libido is high from proviron and test e. Also taking primo but libido great. Who knows if it will last. I’m 50 years old and have nearly every one of my friends begging me for cialis. They don’t use gear and have all experienced libido loss with age. I used to get generics from a local guy who was importing the 2 pack cialis generics and kamagra in blisters. They were hands down the best any of us have ever used. I think the dude is dead as he dropped off the face of the earth and was a sketchy character to say the least. I’ve used oral ED meds like Cialis/viagra and had a lasting hard on that wouldn’t go away for abt 3.5hrs. I decided to hop on my elliptical and do a fast paced stride. In 5 min I was limp as a noodle. Got the blood flowing I reckon!

Yeah everything perfectly fine. I was sore the next day like if I ran my dick over with a truck. There are different types of priapism. Not too savvy about it, but I know there are benign priapism which allows the blood to constantly flow, and other priapism in which the blood is severely trapped and that one I think is the one that can cause permanent damage.

It is a vasodilator that acts locally where it is injected. Vaigra or Cialis or any of those pills only "promote" blood flow to the penis. PGE-1 on the other hand, dilates the blood vessels increasing the blood pressure in the penis. In other words, blood coms in taste that it can leave and that translates into a majestic erection. Search for "caverject" that is the brand name of the medication.

I still have a vial of this in my fridge from about 8 years ago (time goes fast) when I done experiments with site injecting (arms, quads, calves) pre workout. yeah... the severe ED happens from time to time, and PGE-1 is just a last resort to keep things working.
i have noticed when i hit the bottom in regards to ED, that i have to stop all gear or reduce/eliminate some compounds.
i also stop all stims for about a week or so, and that also helps with blood flow.
i've only used PGE-1 a few times, and that was only as a last resort.. and after a deca run. needless to say
i stopped using deca/npp.
