Hey guys I was curious. I have been cycling for about a year. I am fairly big and fairly strong, but I am still kinda flabby. I workout hard and do quite a bit of cardio. I know my diet is not perfectly on point, not to mention I have a huge hunger all the time! My diet isn't horrible, I jsut can't seem to break through that barrier of lean muscle. I was considering taking phentermine to help curb my appetite?? What is the overall thought on this? I have tried clen and t3 that I purchased from a sponsor here and was taking 6 50 mg of t3 and 200 mcg a day of clen and I saw no results. I was also taking 5iu a day hgh for 12 weeks and still nothing. I was lifting every day and doing hard cardio 3 days a week. it seems the only time I get fat loss results is when i get dumped by a girl!! hahahaha

It will definitely curb your appetite. For me though I seem to crash hard with this drug at the end of the day and after a few days I feel too wired and end up super grouchy.
 
0 carbs, eca, get diet right not horrible means not that good ether. cardio at least 2 days lift at least 3 days. mostly probly your not horrible diet is the culprit.
