From the NPC Rochester, NY show. Ran into him at the restaurant accross the street between pre-judging and the night show. The guy is cool as hell. He said he weighs 270 and starts his Olympia diet in 2 or 3 weeks iirc.

Phil is a super guy. I know him pretty well and he has come a long way very quickly. But still seems to have a great attitude. I have met so many Pros or top level guys who seem to start believing their own hype, but phil isn't one of them. Good guy who is really going places.
