Phil the kre alkylyan is awesome. Usually when I see orange flavor on any supplement bottle it scares me but this stuff taste awesome. Its hard not to take more then you recommended. And props to you on the speedy delivery!

that stuff tastes really good and I had the same problem as you...just wanted a little more than phil recommended I think the caps worked better for me though but at this point i'm saving my pennies for the LBA's...been over a year since I was using those. definitely a supplement that i and others noticed a difference once i stopped using them.
