PS is not cheap no matter what brand you choose. unless you are me and can get it at europa wholesale cost. not gym discount but their price. its a great product to prevent high cortisol if you can afford it.

I checked on it when it was 1st introduced into BB(long time ago)and it was way to expensive but prosource has it cheaper.They say it is 550mg(something like that)PS per tab.Someone called them and they said it is all PS,but some say no.the guy who uses it says he noticed a big difference with only 2 tabs/day so that good enough for me

i think you need at least 800mg post workout. this is what charles poliquin recommends if i remember right.

800mg will lower cortisol more but that much isn't needed for cortisol to be lowered a resonable amount
