I've taken tons of it but not with AAS.. It's my favorite supplement. I was strong as hell taking that stuff. It's a bit pricy but I think it was worth it.
I have been taking 500mg 3x a day and can't say that I see any difference, but I am traing my ass off and on the brink of over reaching daily, so maybe it is helping me keep up this pace.

Tom, I just checked and mine is soy derived. I'll find that thread you were talking about that originally got me interested in this stuff and see what I need to do,
