Is phosphatidylserine worth taking for cortisol suppression?
Any pros out there actually use phosphatidylserine for cortisol suppression purposes. Its recommended in the gainskeeper formula but its pretty expensive. Can anyone post of their experiences using this supplement? Thanks.

PS does work. It will even out cortisol levels, not drop them below normal. I am very wary of Cytadren. I used it before and had some bad sides. Even doing it EOD or less. I think even with that, I stayed on too long. And it effects too many other hormones
besides cortisol. It lowers the Demolase enzyme that is responsible for creation of many hormones, including endogenious test. So off cycle this is counterproductive, depending of course on the level of test suppression. Yes it will mainly lower cortisol. But its damn tricky and unless you have a proven formula like RY that you know works for you, Cytadren is not worth it-but thats just my take!

I've done the phosphydatly Serine (Sp?), but always wondered how much you need to take. Read a couple of places you really need a lot of it for cortisol suppresion. Anybody shed some light on how much you need to take? It is expensive.
