this is going to be my first show and i wanted some critique. in the pic the hall was too narrow, so i had to have my arms too high and couldn't spread my lats. i'm 5'7" and in the pic i'm about 175lbs and 10-11% bodyfat. right now i'm 5 days out and 169lbs about 6-7% bodyfat. going in as middleweight, hopefully at least 165lbs. tues is my last day of lifting, any advise in the last few days?
