Hey Bro! Congraulations on your placement at the Mr Tennessee! I won it in 1987 (a WHILE back now LOL). Where was it held this year?

It was held at the Tucker Theater in Murfreesboro TN on the MTSU campus. It was a good show. I am hoping to stay big and full like last year, but definatley drier. Any thoughts? I definatley want a top two placing so I can go onto a bigger show and have even more fun.

Hey Man I won the Open Welters in chattanooga last yr. Past up the State show. I am doing the Chattanooga show again in less than 2 weeks. This yr more than likely will be a Light-Heavy Sitting at 195 today at this point last year I was 173 hahah SO I think I made some "small" improvements, lol. I ALWAYS lose 10 lbs the last week so I am thinking around 180-183 Is where I am going to be....

You should drive down and come to it, very nice show and Phil Heath is guestposing this yr...
