iabadman-thanks for the comment...i busted my ass to really dial it in after the arnold classic show. i weighed in at 221.6 just before i went on stage for pre judge. my goal is to come in just under the 225 mark harder, drier, fuller, and even more conditioned for jr's. its a subjective sport and sometimes things dont go your way. maybe next time they will. i just keep working hard-good things come to people who work hard -i control my own destiny and thats what i love about bodybuilding.

You looked pretty sharp, though, I don't think you could have looked better for this contest.

My advice (not that it matters):

Spend some time bulking. If you came in heavier with that conditioning you would have crushed everyone else standing on that stage.

damn josh i forgot all about that, he did, like he knew you beat him, he threw up his hands right when they were about to announce 2nd place...LOL

my heavyweight got sixth place, and for the love of God i don't know why he was placed so low, he was initially in the second callout, and when all the callouts were done the judges called josh, the winner, and my guy back out to compare them, but yet my guy gets 6th??? WTF why compare him to the top 2 guys then give him 6th?? and yea josh i will agree that you smoked him and everyone sitting with me thought the same!!!

on a better note my light-heavy got 2nd place and lost to the overall winner, and my teen got 3rd place in his very first show! my light heavy was the most shredded guy in the show, he just needs a freakin chest!

You have much more "muscle maturity" and an overall better look than the guy in the Green trunks. To me, there is no question that you should have won (from the pics).
