To start off ill say i am more into powerlifting and strongman. I am 6'1 242, around 12-14% bodyfat. 550 squat, 410 bench, 675 deadlift, 250 log clean and press, ~800lb tire for 4 reps, 300+ atlas stone, etc. Have been lifting 6 years and I an 24. Doing an apa meet next year but I will prolly not compete in strongman for at least 1 year unless something really good comes along. Only reason I haven't competed is because I started out wanting to bodybuild and it took me forever to decide what I really enjoy most.
my first cycle was just 600mg test weeks 1-12. I was cutting on this cycle but still went up 8lbs from 220 to 228.
2nd cycle I just finished, I took 600mg test weeks 1-12. 40mg dbol/day weeks 1-4 and 10-16. Up in the 240s but my bodyfat is also up more but i am fine with that. Won't mention strength gains because I never really know if its consistent to the gear or my training which is kind of a westside hybrid with an additional strongman events day but i change it up often. chlomid and nolva are always used as pct.
I really like the 2nd cycle because on both cycles the majority of my gains are from weeks 4-9 then I really stall and up the calories more and more but adding the dbol back in at the end helped me maximize gains.
Next cycle i wanted people to review and post comments
anadrol 50/100/100/100 (each number is for a week so the first 4 weeks as a kicker)
test e -gunna bump it a little to 650 for weeks 1-12
deca 400mg weeks 1-10
test propionate weeks 13-14
pct 15-18
hcg the whole cycle stopping at pct.
