Hello guys , I’m 18 years of age. I’ve been lifting since I was 11. I live it I love the sport of bodybuilding I stay consistent making progress I don’t party I go to the gym and try to stay on top of the game with my nutrition. But recently I’ve been thinking about starting using gear . I know most of you will say it’s too early idk what I’m doing but believe me it’s my life and I’m crazy about bodybuilding I’ve been doing it for years and if it harms me at least I did what I love the most. I’ve been reading a lot about Turinabol (T-bol) and people say it’s extremely safe to use. And my question is what do you guys think about it ? I was thinking going super light 10mg a day for a month which is nothing. Please be open minded I really need help.

I stopped reading at 18 years old. I didn't use till 25, at 18 I was 185lbs jacked at 5'5" taking creatine. Don't jack your hormones up in your prime, you don't know how it could negatively affect you down the line. This is the time your body is at it's best growing phase. Train hard so you can build actual muscle you can keep forever!! That's what I did, that's why I don't have to blast gear all year around like these guys who just disappear when they come off cycle.

Now you need to be open minded because you are not going to hear what you want. You want to feel all warm and fuzzy with people saying its ok...guess what your not going to hear that . this group is FULL of knowledge and you should listen and learn from all the experience here. most likely you wont and move on to another forum with 18 year olds to tell you what you want to hear

Wait until you have reached your natural peak to do any gear. At 18 you still have natural growing to do, THEN run something worth wild not a oral only crap cycle

Just to elaborate further... This quote here tells me that you've already made up your mind. So I'm not entirely sure what the point of your post is. That's unfortunate. I'm 37 now, and when I look back at the thought processes I had when I was 18, I shake my head.

Don't make a move yet. You run the risk of screwing up your fertility and natural test levels permanently. Do you really want that at 18? When I was 18, I swore that I would never, EVER have kids under ANY circumstances. Until I had a kid, and I'm glad I did.

But also, somebody mentioned the fact that a 'cycle' of 10mg tbol would be worthless as tits on a bull.

but believe me it’s my life and I’m crazy about bodybuilding I’ve been doing it for years and if it harms me at least I did what I love the most.

At 18 you Haven’t been BB for years and trust me at 18 you think you’ll never have any issues. Even if you do, having issues when you’re OLD, (think 30 at your age), you’ll have lived a long life,......

Famous words of an 18 yr old.

Totally agree with all the posts here!! I started lifting/training when I was 16 and today I turned 48. I remember wanting so bad to be big and strong like the older guys at the gym. I even approached a few them and asked a similar question like you asked here. And you know what they said? "Forget gear for now! If you want to be big and strong go chain yourself to the squat rack and hang out there for a while. Mix in a healthy dose of benches, inclines, overhead presses, rows, pulldowns, and some quality arm work. Work on progressive overload to get stronger. And for God's sake EAT, EAT, EAT!!" That's exactly what they told me! Believe it or not, even as a young, dumb kid like I was back then I took their advice. It sure as hell wasn't easy! But I stuck with it...consistently...and slowly made progress. I trained natural until I hit 40 and started TRT. Wow what a nice bump that gave me with the strong base I had built up over all those years of consistent training. And then just earlier this year, I started adding very small doses of some other compunds. Again...very nice bump in the quality of my physique and training sessions. My physique is better now than it's ever been. And I attribute that to all those years of consistent, hard training naturally....and then adding in the TRT 8 years ago...and then adding in small doses of other compounds earlier this year. If you love bodybuilding as much as you say you do then realize it's a very nice lifelong endeavor. You don't have to wait as long as I did to start trying gear....but damn brother...18??

I trained for strength or endurance from 14-28. Then started lifting seriously and put on over 40 lb's of muscle before I used AS which is after I went of TRT in my 40's. A lot can be done naturally with dedication and persistence.

great advise here ^

diet and train til you get stuck then look into options , but at your age , you can keep making progress for another 10yrs

Start Doggcrapp training and heed his nutrition advice too, come back in four or five years and re-evaluate, STAY OFF THE DRUGS until further down the road, you´re too young and nowhere near your genetic potential yet.
The truth has been spoken by our other brothers now the question is can you handle it and act accordingly?

At your age -18- you're likely to do more harm than good. If you eat and train right, you'll get steroid-like gains. I would say that my body changed the most dramatically, and quickly, between about 18 and 23 and I never touched AAS during this time.

Don't waste this early potential because it really will be a waste. These drugs will do little, if not nothing, for you if you don't have things tight in the kitchen and in the weight room. You will literally piss away money and health.

What I told my Son: Unless you have some disorder, you likely have optimal hormone levels. By using drugs, all you would be essentially doing is shutting off your own optimal situation and replacing it artificially. Each time you do this, you become a little less optimal.

Ride the natural wave in to the shore and re-evaluate.

Let me help you with a real life example:

My Brother was 17 when we started lifting he is now 41, day two in the gym started gear made it all the way into the high 230's, ripped and strong, he lasted until 32 having a heart attack then quitting the gym all together.

I started lifting at 19, read every single thing I could, tracked my diet, reps, weights etc.. I started TRT at 34 (now 36) using Test & HCG only
I still train every single week, I walk around with Ab's year round weighing 200lbs and feel freaking amazing.

on the flip side my older brother who took the short cut landed up going backwards.

Do what you want, you are going to anyway, but I wouldn't trade the long road that I traveled for anything. That doesn't mean you have to wait till your 30's ..here is the rule I was given, wait 5 years of hard intense balls to the wall all out training and tracking everything you do, then think about gear...I did that and concluded to wait even longer then 5 years.

Think about it this way bro, say you run the Tbol right now. What's the ultimate goal? To make some muscle and keep it right?
After that then what? You will most likely struggle to make gains afterwards and probably lose what you put on from that cycle when your body is trying to recover and since your hpta isn't fully developed yet you may now never reach your full potential. You need to be open minded here bro and see past the instant gratification that's actually just an illusion. You have everything you need to build muscle right now bro. Don't roll the dice and regret it because it's not worth it, you don't wanna be an 18yo who needs Viagra because you shut yourself down and are struggling to get back. Not trying to sound like a dick or scare you but that's just a reality bro.

As most everyone else said...maximize your natural potential first. If I could do it all over again personally (with injuries and bs I'm dealing with YEARS later) I'd certainly wait till 26-27 to take anything at all. SO much can be done late teens to early 20s without anabolics! Enjoy that while it lasts...use these years to perfect training regiments and diet that works for YOU.

I think that was my biggest regret, as others have said. I didn't utilize my natural growth, just one day I got tired of being a small guy. I was 26. I just jumped into it. now at 44, almost 45 if I could give my younger self advise. Maximize my natural growth, then do something else.
At 18 just stay natural and grow. I do regret starting early and that was at 26, I believe It would have been better to work on my natural growth, then do something after I achieved that. I do contribute that to by bicep tendon being screwed up and tearing out of the labrum also. I didn't allow the process of strengthening things, like tendons and it bit me in the ass 7 years later.

The very first sentence did it for me. NO WAY at 18 would i recommend you start taking aas. Kai Greene said before, stay natural as long as possible. I'm sure many others would agree. You have no clue what a strict diet and workout protocol could accomplish over the years. I feel like everyone in this day and age wants a "quick fix", put the time and work in, the results will come.
