Hi I was hoping I could get some input on this diet I'm about to attempt. The goal is to gain some lean mass while losing some bf. I know, I know the bodybuilding dream, but I haven't bulked as much as I would have liked and the summer season is at hand. So here is my supplements, training, and most importantly proposed diet.
Supplements:
15iu gh e3d
20iu humalog e3d 3x per day
150mcg of IGF-1r3 long
1g of test ew
50mg anavarn ed
50mg dbol ed
Albuterol
12.5mcgs of T3 ed
Sizeon
Superpump 250
Yohimbine
Cla
Udos oil
Sesamin
Training:
I will be doing Razorcuts 3 day a week total body workouts, and 40mins cardio on the non workout days.
Diet:
So here's the plan, on workout days I will eat roughly 450g of carbs, 300gs from vitargo. Almost no fats, cept sesasim, and 600g of protein.
On Non workout days, I will keep protein the same, eat a ton of fish, and take in almost nill for carbs and increase the fat intake focusing on efa's.
The plan here is to reload my glycogen stores after the workout to facilitate growth, and then the next day with IGF-1 in the system have a practically nill carb day to tap into some fat stores.
I would guess that my bf % is probably between 10-12% Top four abs are visibile as well as intercoastals, pooch just below belly button.
