Please help a guy out

Having some serious hairloss since my last cycle. So I'm very worried about my hair. Using Nizoral 2% since, but still no major difference.

I'm planning to do a Test only cycle (Test E 900mg EW) and I was wondering if 1mg of Finasterid ED in combination with Nizoral 2% EOD would be enough for some protection.

Is 1mg of finasteride ED going to help while ON or is more finasteride needed?

Yes from my knowledge this should do just fine, but on the reals if it's gonna go I think your just cursed thats why I just said hell with it. We are just trying to beat something we can't.

The hair on my head seems to get less all over, not just the hairline.

But 1mg Fina is enough for 900mg of Test?

I'm thinking to use some saw palmetto as well, just to take some measures.

You might throw in rogaine foam too. Nizoral + rogaine thickened my hair.

I've heard dutasteride provides better protection than finasteride but don't use either.

I developed a bald spot during my years as a pro breakdancer...yeah crazy i know. One too many headspins and you wake up looking like fryer tuck.

anyway, i used rogaine foam for a solid 8 months and it filled in the spot really well. i'd recommend using the rogaine on top of your dht inhibitor

1mg finasteride will work. maybe use 2, but in this case more doesnt do any better.
use minoxidil twice a day. and get some spironolactone. use that at night after yr minoxidil.
see, if you have male pattern hair loss or diffuse thinning, this is really the only way to keep yr hair, and grow some back.
it's what i do. i started going bald in my early twenties. started minox and then propecia in my early thirties i think, and still have hair.

Don't forget Zink. Good hair is one of my few genetic gifts...but it fell the hell out during my last cycle for a bit. I added in more Zink and it stopped in a couple days. That fast.

If you're genetically going that direction, there's no stopping it. If you're not genetically predisposed, it'll grow back post-cycle.

Can't add minoxidil, will become too expensive for me. Is finasteride a must after the cycle on pct? Or can I just use it while on cycle?

Im allready using zink. How much zink should I take in for my hair? And will adding saw palmeto benefit?

do you have mpb, or do you just lose while on cycle?
minoxidil u can get fairly cheap, use cvs or walgreens or walmart 3 packs.
if you dont have mpb, just use finasteride a few weeks before the cycle til a few weeks after til yr test drops back to baseline.

also, regarding zinc, if you're deficient, you'll lose hair. take like 15-20 mg's a day. too much zinc will cause hair loss. so use moderate amts.
