Marinade your chicken. It will taste better and be much more moist.
Most of the chicken I eat is Fajitas. I buy it already marinated from a store because I am lazy. Its about 2.39 a pound.
Search for low calorie marinades or low sodium etc..whatever fits your other diet needs. Also you shouldn't just limit yourself to chicken breasts, other parts of the chicken are good too and taste much better. Buy whole chickens and cook them up, they are always moist and tender.
Throw broscience out the window. the difference between 99% lean and 97% lean and 93% lean ain't gonna kill you. Spices, fat, and different cooking methods all add flavor. Hell fry the chicken every once in a while..
be creative w your cooking bro, many books out there on how to be creative, do healthy low fat, high protein meals, etc. Also, many good recipes online and on the boards, lastly switch your protein sources weekly if you dont, GOD help! lol
I can't eat chicken breast anymore either. It's disgusting and I'm sick of it. makes me want to vomit. Try going with lean ground beef and lean ground turkey or chicken. It's wayyyy better, easier to cook, etc. I get 94-96% lean ground beef and I get ground turkey, usually 92% lean and 99% lean. I mix the turkeys and put different spices...adobo is good and there are a bunch of other latino spice mixes that are good. I also like to use asian sauces that are relatively low cal. Sometimes i mix in veggies and stuff too.
